Kielbasa and Cabbage dinner
I love this quick and delicious dinner for my family. It's one pot with great flavor. It's super hearty and perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe is ideal if your watching your carbs and your wallet. A delicious Sauvignon Blanc or even a Merlot goes perfectly with this meal. Cheers! 14 oz. kielbasa 1 yellow onion finely chopped 6 cups (1 large head) chopped green cabbage 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper to taste Mustard Vinaigrette: 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 Tbs. red wine vinegar 2 Tbs. whole grain mustard 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper Prepare the vinaigrette first. Combine all the ingredients into a mason jar and shake until combined OR put all the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and combine using a whisk. Set aside on the counter.
