 Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Appetizer


½ English cucumber sliced into ¼ in slices (approximately 24 slices)

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp capers chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill chopped

¼  tsp pepper

4 oz smoked salmon cut into 24 slices

Sprigs of dill for garnish


In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, capers, chopped dill and pepper.


Place 1 tsp yogurt sauce onto each slice of cucumber.  Top with a slice of smoked salmon and a sprig of dill. Serve.
