Strawberry and Chocolate Yogurt Bark

 

3 cups whole milk plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 ½  cups sliced strawberries 

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips


Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper

Stir yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and pinch of salt together in a large bowl.

Spread mixture onto the baking sheet making a 10x15 inch rectangle.

Scatter strawberries over the top of the mixture and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours. Cut or break into approximately 32 pieces.
