Goat Cheese with Cranberries, Pistachios and Chives
¼ cup Pistachios, chopped
¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped
2 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tbsp black pepper
1 10.5 oz. Goat cheese log
Mix the pistachios, dried cranberries, chives and black pepper together in a small bowl.
Put the mixture on a flat surface and roll the goat cheese log in the mixture back and forth slightly pressing so the ingredients adhere to the cheese. Make sure the log is completely covered with the mixture. Refrigerate the cheese for 20 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers or a baguette.
